List of LNG Facilities

In order to improve the quality of REMIT LNG data reported in accordance with Article 9(3) and 9(5) of REMIT Implementing Regulation, ACER published ANNEX IX to the Manual of Procedures (MoP) on Data Reporting. The Annex provides the List of LNG facilities and their operators that, in the Agency’s view, fulfil the related definitions set in Directive 2009/73/EC (‘the Gas Directive’). The List of LNG Facilities is also available in an Excel format on the REMIT Reporting Guidance page of the ACER website.
