Market participants are obliged to disclose inside information via Inside Information Platforms (IIPs) - online platforms approved by the European Union Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) for disclosing inside information.
This ACER Inside Information Access Point serves as a single gateway to inside information published across 23 approved platforms, making it easier for market participants to compare disclosures.
It covers data on outages, service interruptions and maintenance events affecting gas and electricity production, transmission and consumption.
Disclaimer
The Inside Information Access Point displays urgent market messages collected by ACER from IIPs regarding events occurring within the past five years.
Note:
- Exclusion of recent data: This page does not include information collected within the last two days. Date of last update: 18/05/2025.
- Data completeness and accuracy: The dataset may contain duplications and inaccuracies. The completeness and accuracy of the data are contingent upon the correct formatting of the web feed from the IIPs where the information was initially published. The collection of inside information reports from IIPs by ACER has been evolving throughout the last 5 years, therefore some functionalities are not available for all data displayed. E.g. the flag on multiple capacity intervals is only available for information collected after 02 March 2024, and prior to that intervals are displayed in separate rows indicating the same Message ID. ACER disclaims any responsibility for the quality and accuracy of the data. ACER is continually working to enhance data validation processes to improve accuracy and reduce errors. To facilitate market participants' disclosure activities and promote standardisation and data quality, ACER has published guidance and electronic formats for the disclosure of inside information in Annex VII and VIII of the Manual of Procedures on Data Reporting and the Frequently Asked Questions on Fundamental Data and Inside Information.
- Non-disclosure function: This platform is not intended for the disclosure of inside information. Market participants are required to disclose inside information solely on an Inside Information Platform listed by ACER. For further details, please consult the IIP register. Market participants are reminded of their legal obligations under REMIT to ensure effective and timely disclosure of inside information.
- Future developments: Please keep in mind that this is the beta version of the Access Point. ACER is actively working on a second iteration to introduce additional functionalities and improvements.
