Market participants shall publicly disclose inside information which they possess in respect of business or facilities which the market participant concerned, or its parent undertaking or related undertaking, owns or controls, or whose operational matters that market participant or undertaking is responsible for, either in whole or in part.
In general, inside information should be disclosed in a manner ensuring that it is capable of being disseminated to as wide a public as possible. This is why the disclosure of inside information through central platforms aggregating urgent market messages from market participants is considered effective.
